just a contrary person I guess, but my husband and I are both career people in the road construction industry. We even work for the same company and on the same crew. We do just fine. I my self may be dropping out of the industry to raise our child... then again maybe he will, it's a toss up, but how ever it goes, it will be a joint decision. That is the clue. We don't compete, and we don't put "gender tags" on tasks. I hate doing dishes, but love cooking. He hates doing laundry but keeps a much nicer house than I. I work on the vehicle engines, he makes sure to check the oil. There is enough competition out there, it shouldn't be in the home or the bedroom. But like I said, I'm contrary.
