Yes he does. I've been trying to get my money back for a month now. I just called the number you posted and it said the customer could not take calls at this time. What does THAT mean? Geez. I'm calling my card company tomorrow to dispute this and I've also emailed Esellerate in hopes that they'll help some. I just hope it works. I'm so pissed off.
