I would just like to let everyone know that I did manage to get my money back from Type at Home, the world's greatest rip off scam.
You need to contact ESELLERATE the merchant that processes your payment. If you paid via PayPal, you should have a record of the transaction. Otherwise, tell them the date you bought the product.
