Where to check if my emails have been blacklisted?

So many spammers have stolen my identity. or just send anything ending with my domain name page that many important servers have blacklisted emails ending with my domain name. Where can I go check so as to write to them?
By the way, a respectable colleague who grew his business tremendously since he moved his headquarters from Canada to Mexico sub-contracts to Mexican students "individuals", from the major universities, to do all sorts of projects for his clients. I will write to him. He has made them sign a non-compete agreement but today I know for a fact that they either collect all those email addresses he himself saved in his address book and services, as well as his clients' address books.
Today, it took me almost 5 hours to check more than 10.6 megabytes of rejected emails and to block the originators. 99% of the people who had sent spam with my domain name address come from mexican servers.
