Horrific html errors on my web site

I haven't checked my web site for a long time. I just checked all the pages at
http://onlinewebcheck.com/check.php
and they almost all have many mistakes. I knew it, deep inside, but just ignored.

I saved the pages of errors found and now will have to dedicate one weekend day to correct them.

A month ago one woman wrote to me a very ugly letter saying my web site is badly set up, not easy (though everyone tells me they find it user-friendly because they have all the links on each page) and that her having a new window open up every time she clicks on a new page is quite annoying.

Even yahoo finance site and its forum opens a new window every time you click on an URL.

When I go to some sites and enter a page I really have to search a great deal to find the other page I was really interested in.

Do you hate it if a new window opens up when you click on a link (another page on the same web site)?
