why I would stay well clear of this is that most credit card companies have a time limit for claiming refunds. I would think that making you wait for 60 days for a refund would eliminate the possibility of you getting anything back at all.
Big Red Flag! - don't do this.
If you go and read Lesley Fountain's http://www.friendsinbusiness.com/scams/ page, you will see that she gives great advice when it comes to avoiding the pitfalls of being scammed online.
If you really want to use your computer to earn money, then create a resume for yourself and go along to one of the sites like rentacoder.com or scriptlance.com and start quoting for jobs there. Be wary!
