I've never heard of him, but after a quick search I see that he is posting the same ad. The only thing that is different is the promised pay. One place he advertises, said you could earn $1500 per month — a second place I found almost the same advertisement,t but he promises you can earn $4000 per month. Then I found another ad he posted, very similar to the first two, where he claimed you could earn $6000 per month.

The phone number you found isn't a valid US phone number. Long distance phone numbers in Canada and the US are preceded with a "1", and then a set of 10 digits like this 1-(902)-XXX-XXXX. Sometimes how these groups of number are written depends on who is writing them. They might use 1.902.XXX.XXXX or other variances, but it will always be a 10 digit phone number, with or without the 1.
I would urge caution before sending him any money. If it were me, I would look for something else.
