You weren't stupid to pay him the $49.95 for the info. YOU WERE STUPID to not know how to make money with it. A "hoplink" is an affiliate link generated by a free membership at ClickBank. Your link did not produce any sales because many online classifieds prohibit hoplinks, therefore you must be CREATIVE and KNOWLEDGEABLE to promote your links online.
You can build a residual income with affiliate marketing, however if you think you can just order a kit to make money and then do nothing with it, yes you threw away your money. Furthermore, if you BOTHER TO LOOK at your card statement you will see a way to obtain your refund.
Please folks, do not follow the footsteps these uninformed people having bad experiences, they are just to new to the Internet to know what's going on and do not have the patience to work from home on the web.
