Hi Cindy,
If you are hosted on a server running Apache, it would likely mean you have a directory called "public_html". This is the directory you would upload your web pages to.
If you check to make sure your pages are in this directory, and you're still having a problem, post your URL here, and I can take a look to see if I can tell what the problem might be.
