I just posted a complaint with BBB. I also turned them in as a fraud to American express and they are disputing the charge and trying to get my money back. I have tried to contact Customer Support via E-Mail and get user unknown back. If you paied with a credit card contact the issuer and they will try to get your money back. Good Luck
