Have you ever thought of leading some trainings yourselves and helping other people get and stay motivated? You could be mentors for others to look up to and that may also increase your downline numbers. Sometimes people join things such as Avon or Mary Kay because it looks fun or whatever it may be that attracts them and then drop out because they don't know exactly what to do and there isn't too much help there. If you held trainings of your own, you may decrease the drop out numbers, retain more of your downline, help yourselves and help others too.....Just a thought....
