I have written to your company at least 5 times since 11/1/07 requesting a refund and have had one response saying give it a shot blah blah...I did not want to hear that...I wrote another email today requesting my refund of 49.95 and would like to see it refunded into my bank account by the end of my 60 day trial period which on Nov. 1 I was well within that period and still am. If this company is genuine then they would refund my money as I requested the first time, I should not have to ask more than once it should just be done. I am going to call my bank, and speak with them about that transaction within a couple of days. As for a support at data entry business.com, i had one response out of about 5 or 6 emails, that is not a good support system. Please refund my money as I had no luck using your system, and want my refund. Thank you
