Elizabeth,
I had trouble with this same company go look at your credit card statement and find which company they processed the transaction through. The one i had to contact was esellerate. Explain the situation to them in full, and they will probably take care of it for you. I received my refund within a couple of business days and never heard from dataentrybusiness.com again. Hope this helps.
