Geographic Targeting

Is your opportunity only available in certain Countries?
I run into this all the time .A brand new product launches
Just in the Us or Uk.You put it up on a traffic exchange ,
or list .You get lots of eager signups ,all from the wrong
countries ,and you have to spend long distance charges to
say sorry "It is not available in your area"
If you have a global opportunity you can place it any
where.But if your product is Country Specific.
Then you are wasting time and money advertising on most
Traffic Exchanges and Lists,not to mention hours clicking
away uselessly.
So far I have found no list that you can target a certain
Country.
and only three traffic Exchanges
I would like to add to this list.
So if you know any other geographic targeted ad sites
Please let me Know .
