Nudgemail claims to be the easiest way to send yourself reminders.
Amber MacArthur of the Globe and Mail says:
The service is called NudgeMail, which essentially redelivers e-mail when you need it most. For example, if you get an e-mail from a colleague that asks you to touch base with her next Monday, instead of fumbling around to add the reminder in your calendar or jotting it down on a piece of paper, this new web tool lets you forward the e-mail to yourself on a time delay so that it arrives in your inbox a second time much closer to a planned appointment.
