Facebook iframe pages

You may have heard that the new method for dressing up your facebook page is to use iframes instead of FBML. I must admit, I don't know much about it, so I looked for some info.

I found a website called Hyper Arts Blog that shows you how to go about the mechanics of it. This ins't a primer in creating html, css and javascript though. If you don't know how to create web pages, this won't do you any good. But for those who do, it walks you thorugh the steps on Facebook so you can setup your own iframe page.

If you need more help, Jo Barns has made a website for showing people how to create these pages. She also has some free templates, and an iframe generator which will open in a new window where you’ll then be able to add your own images, text, videos, opt-in forms, and more to generate your iframe. Her site is called The Social Networking Academy — you might find it useful for getting help and tips.
