DragonDisk is a file-management system for the Amazon S3 Service. It runs on Windows, Linux and Mac. I've used it before and it works well.
CloudBerry Explorer is a similar program and offers a user interface to Amazon S3 accounts, files, and buckets, CloudBerry lets you manage your files on the cloud just as you would on your own local computer. I've tried this one too.
My personal preference is Cloudberry. But both are better than using the Firefox plugin when it comes to uploading very large files.
