Lee, Steve,
I have heard of Jo Han Mok - he's fairly well-known in IM circles as a copywriter.
That said, I've NEVER heard of anyone making a profit from targeted traffic schemes. Therefore I tend to distrust anyone who proposes one. Sorry but these days if you want me to purchase targeted traffic, you'll have to send 5,000 visitors to a site where I know the conversion rate and prove it to me.
