Hi Steve,

You are very welcome. Thank you. I'm not worried about lost sales, I'm just glad things got ironed out. Hopefully nobody got too upset.

I appreciate you sticking with it and letting me know exactly where the glitch was - who knows how long it would've taken to find it otherwise. I kept getting the one page and didn't even notice the button was missing.

In any case, please let me know if you like the book. I found it fascinating.
