I built up my accounting practice by word of mouth only. I tried radio and movie ads. Neither worked I tried the paper for other busineses. FREE they liked but not my other marketing product. You can use word of moutn and it does work.

But look at the big companies that got web sites. They put ads off line on TV and radio. But you might not be able to afford that but you can use classifieds and small display ads.
